We collect your personal information solely for identity verification purposes. To complete the 100-point verification, you can select from our list of approved documents. If you do not provide sufficient identification, you cannot achieve Security Checked Status.
Data Security:
Your data is encrypted and securely stored until your verification is processed (typically within 48 hours). During this time, access is restricted to Security Checked staff. If your application is rejected, all data is promptly deleted.
Data Retention:
Once your verification is complete, we permanently delete all collected information except for the data shared with licensed real estate agents, which is limited to:
Your Rights:
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. If any information is incorrect, you can request corrections. To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@securitychecked.org.
Data Deletion:
If you no longer need your membership, you can request the immediate deletion of your account. Please note that deleted files cannot be recovered. To reapply for our services, you will need to submit a new application with 100 points of identification and the applicable fee.
